The handset carries the sharp design accents of the well liked XPERIA X8 save for the addition of fresh colors, Under the hood there is a speedy 600MHz processor which powers the Android 2.1 (upgrade available) garnished with Timescape. The W8 has a 3" capacitive touchscreen, 3.15 MP camera, Wi-Fi, aGPS, FM radio and Bluetooth. 

Sony Ericsson W8 Walkman E16i is an Android phone with a Walkman player, TrackID music recognition, and PlayNow app for downloading music. The phone comes with 3G, Wi-Fi, and quadband GSM connectivity. Facebook and Twitter apps come pre-loaded in the handset. Other features include 3.2MP camera, WebKit browser, 600 MHz ARM 11 processor, integrated GPS with A-GPS, and up to 16GB expandable memory.
