Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

All sales are final. However, for new customers placing their first order, we provide a first-time order guarantee with a 30-day return policy. If the new customer is unhappy with our products or service, they may return the items for a full refund.

We also offer a 6-month (RMA) manufacturer defects warranty on all items, during which we will replace defective products.

To qualify for a full refund under our new customer first-order 30-day return policy guarantee, products must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging. If items are returned used, missing parts, or without original packaging, a restocking fee of 10%-30% will apply. If products are damaged by the customer, the return may be rejected or subject to a higher repair or restocking fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are intentionally or accidentally damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Our warranty & RMA covers manufacturer defects only and does not apply to customer-caused damage.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or warranty claim, customers must contact their sales representative and complete an RMA form. Once approved, we will issue an RMA authorization along with a return shipping label when applicable.

Returns are typically processed within 7-14 business days upon receipt. Customers should follow all instructions included in the RMA authorization email to ensure a smooth and efficient return process.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • First-time buyer returns under the 30-day guarantee will receive a refund to the original payment method or, if you prefer, a store credit.
  • RMA, warranty, and other returns will be exchanged for the same item or an equivalent product, or in some cases, store credit may be issued.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be processed immediately after our technicians review and inspect the returned item.
  • If a restocking fee applies, a partial refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued accordingly.

5. Return Shipping Costs

For approved RMA or warranty claims, TodaysCloseout.com will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For international customers or irregular return requests, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a defective or incorrect item, TodaysCloseout.com will cover the exchange and provide a return shipping label.

To process an exchange, a temporary charge will be placed as security, which will be immediately refunded upon receipt and inspection of the incorrect or defective item at our warehouse.

Order issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to ensure a fast and effective resolution.

  • Defective items are covered under our standard 6-month warranty.
  • VIP Program members receive an extended 12-month warranty.

7. Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee of 10%-30% applies if items are returned used, missing parts, or without original packaging.
  • If products are intentionally or accidentally damaged by the customer, the return may be rejected, or a higher repair/restocking fee may be charged.

8. Exchanges

We typically exchange all RMA and warranty items rather than issuing refunds, except for returns covered under the first-time buyer guarantee.
