Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Processing Time

Orders are generally shipped the same day if placed before 2 PM EST. The cutoff for same-day shipping is 2 PM EST, but special considerations may be made by speaking with your sales representative. We are closed on weekends and major national holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We ship using FedEx and offer all available FedEx shipping options, from FedEx Ground to FedEx Overnight. Customers may also use their own shipping label to ship with a carrier of their choice; however, we cannot take responsibility for packages shipped on accounts other than our own.

3. International Shipping

We ship to all destinations that FedEx serves. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their local country or jurisdiction.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the customer’s email along with the final invoice once the order ships. Tracking details are also available by logging into your TG Wireless online account and viewing your order. Tracking numbers are provided immediately upon shipment.

5. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages

  • If shipping insurance was purchased from TG Wireless at the time of order, all claims for damage or missing items must be made within 24 hours of delivery to maximize the chance of a successful investigation.
  • If the customer used their own shipping label or shipping account, they must file claims directly with their carrier.
  • Once a package is delivered and signed for, TG Wireless cannot take responsibility for any issues unless notified within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • If shipping insurance was purchased, store credit may be issued for lost or damaged items after a successful investigation and claim with FedEx or the carrier used for delivery.
  • If the customer used their own shipping label or account, TG Wireless cannot issue credits or refunds—all claims must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
  • If a package is returned due to an undeliverable address, the customer must pay for reshipping to an alternate address.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Customers may modify or cancel an order up until it enters processing for shipment, typically within an hour of placing the order.
  • There are no fees for changes or cancellations.
  • Any additional products added to an order must be paid for before shipment.

8. Signature & Delivery Confirmation

  • An adult signature is required for all shipments.
  • If no one is available to sign, the package will be re-delivered or available for pickup at a local FedEx facility with proper ID.
  • The signature requirement cannot be waived due to security policies and to prevent loss or theft.

9. Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

  • Addresses can be changed within 1 hour of order placement, provided the order has not yet shipped, and it must be confirmed with the sales representative.
  • Any additional shipping costs due to a customer address error are the responsibility of the customer.
